A: We offer a 60 day hassle free return on all purchases. Returns can be requested for any reason within that 60 day period. If you need to return your item, please request a return through eBay. You will be provided with a prepaid label to return the item for a refund.

A: At this moment we accept PayPal only. If you are registered with PayPal and wish to use credit card, you can simply add it to your PayPal profile as a funding source. If you are not registered with PayPal, you can still use credit card. Please follow the instructions on the PayPal website.

Q: Who Is Responsible for Return Shipping Costs

A: We cover return shipping for all returns. To obtain a return shipping label, please request a return through eBay. We may not be able to reimburse you for return shipping costs if you decide to not use our free return label.

Q: What If My Item Was Damaged Or Lost in Shipping

A: All shipments are fully insured. We will file an insurance claim and you will receive a full refund within 5 business days, in case of damaged item that is not repairable. You must keep the item and its packaging for up to 8 business days as the carrier may inspect it. In some cases where the item is repairable, and you wish to repair it, we will cover the cost of repair, if it's not exceeding the sale price. If your item was lost in transit, the carrier has 8 business days to locate the package. If your package is not found, you will receive a full refund.

A: Because of the volume of shipments we have daily, we are not able to cancel your order if it has already been paid. However, if you request a return after recieving the item, you will receive a free return label.

A: Yes, but in the event that you want to return your purchase, we will only cover return shipping from the mail forwarder to our warehouse. You will be responsible for any costs associated with sending the package back to the mail forwarder.
